Drinking Distilled Water Is Safe

October 9, 2014 By DistilledWaterAssociation

There are many reports saying that drinking distilled water is not safe. Many complain that the process removes all the minerals that the body needs. While this is the case, it is also important to look at the benefits that distilling water offers. It is also important to assess the necessity of those minerals in water.

Minerals Come from Elsewhere

The body does need the minerals in the water, but those same minerals come from food. In fact, food is more important as the level of minerals and nutrients are much higher. The ones from tap water are simply just additional minerals that are not that necessary for your health.

There are no adverse health issues with drinking the distilled water. Many health professionals support this after considering all the facts.

Removing the Bacteria and Chemicals

In fact, drinking the water is one of the healthiest options for you. The process removes all the harmful chemicals and bacteria from the water. These can often lead to damage to the tissues and there are tests to see if they lead to various medical problems. By removing everything, you get pure water, which will offer the benefits of hydration without the harmful side effects.

Free of Sodium and Salts

While the good minerals are removed, a lot of the harmful minerals are also removed. This includes the likes of salts and sodium found in normal tap water. These leave a residue within the body, and cause other problems. It is safe to drink distilled water because the harmful minerals are not there. That means no residue being left behind.

It is time to make a switch to distilled water. It is safe for your body, and will actually offer a number of health benefits. While some of the good minerals are removed, these are gained from the food you eat. All the harmful minerals, chemicals and bacteria are removed from the water at the same time, making it safe to drink. And adding good minerals to distilled water is actually very easy! You can have the best of both worlds, pure water along with the best minerals.

Water Diet – Distilled is better

October 9, 2014 By DistilledWaterAssociation

If you think drinking distilled water in and of itself is a subject of much debate, wait until the topic of a distilled water diet comes up. That is exactly what we will be discussing in this article. Sure, there are two sides to just about every story and this subject is no different. However, we will primarily be focusing on what we believe are the benefits of a distilled water diet.

The term “distilled water diet” is more often than not referred to as distilled water fasting. One thing that is extremely important about this type of diet – or any diet for that matter – is that you educate yourself thoroughly about exactly what it consists of and – for lack of a better term- exactly what you’re getting yourself into.

While it is true that the distilled water diet helps to disrupt any bad eating habits you currently have, you need to know how to go about it right or you may find to your dismay that it was all for nothing and you will be right back at square one. Now let’s get this straight from the get-go. You will not be drinking only distilled water and that’s it.

On the contrary, it is highly suggested that you incorporate fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet regimen. Distilled water diets usually run 14 to 21 days in duration. Many people who have followed this diet have found that they have a better understanding of the fact that all the excess salt and sugar we tend to add to our food is simply not necessary. That is in large part due to the fact that their palates have been rid of many impurities and chemicals.

Another important thing to understand is that the 14 to 21 days mentioned above is not an absolute standard. Even just 3 to 4 days and in some rare instances one day of a distilled water diet have been found to be quite helpful. In fact, some professionals recommend that those considering this type of diet regiment take baby steps (shorter durations) in the beginning to better prepare themselves for a full-scale distilled water diet.

While there are many diet regimens from which to choose, we do suggest that you consider the distilled water diet as one viable option. And as with any fitness or dietary regime, you should always consult with your physician or a qualified medical professional before actually beginning such a program.

Drinking Cold Refreshing Distilled Water is a Hot Topic

October 9, 2014 By DistilledWaterAssociation

The subject of distilled water, especially where it concerns the drinking of it, is a hot topic. You will find many people, both expert and non-expert coming down on both sides of the matter. For the most part though, drinking distilled water in a responsible manner can actually be quite beneficial. This article will discuss the positives of distilled water in industrial and household use as well as in the drinking of it.

The distillation processed used to purify distilled water consists of bringing the water (in its previous state) to a boiling point. This brings about an evaporation process, after which special equipment converts it back into a purified form of water, hence the term distilled. This distillation rids the water of any harmful contaminants and minerals that were previously in the water.

This is one of the main reasons why many manufacturing companies use it in their equipment and machinery. Its purity assures the company owners that there is zero chance of their equipment being rendered useless or damaged due to calcium and mineral deposits that regular water holds. This saves them a lot of money because it assures longevity of their machinery and prevents the need for costly repairs so it is a win-win situation for them.

Companies that make batteries for boats, automobiles, motorcycles and so forth also use distilled water when filling up their batteries for the same exact reason mentioned above. If you’ve ever bought one of these batteries and put it in yourself you will notice that this is recommended in the instruction manual. Likewise, distilled water is the only water you should use in your household steam irons and aquariums.

Now, when it comes to drinking distilled water, it is especially beneficial if one is ill or disease ridden as it helps to quickly flush harmful toxins from the body. This helps to ensure a much faster healing process as well. However, as it is when dealing with any illness, it is always wise to consult your doctor or a knowledgeable medical professional as to how you should implement your distilled water drinking regimen.

Distilled water has a multitude of beneficial applications. It is highly recommended that you learn all you can about the magnificent qualities it possesses. We are sure that once you do, you will be keeping an ample supply on hand and maybe even make it an important part of your daily water consumption habits.

Distilled Water is the Best Water to Drink

October 9, 2014 By DistilledWaterAssociation

Facts are facts. We need water to survive. And the purer it is, the better. While there are various forms of “pure” water so to speak, it can safely be said that distilled water is among the very best. It has many industrial and household uses as well. However, the focus of this article will be the drinking aspect of it. Various people have weighed in on both sides of the distilled water drinking topic. We are going to be focusing on the beneficial part of it.

Firstly, perhaps the utmost benefit of drinking distilled water is that the method in which it is purified is the closest natural method of distillation. Think about it; the water in its initial state is brought to a boiling point. This causes the water to evaporate, after which it is then processed back into a form of water which is pure in nature, thus the term distilled water. Any toxins or harmful chemicals that were previously in the water are long gone.

Next, when you are drinking distilled water you are consuming it in its purest form, period. The above mentioned process used in converting the water into its distilled form uses special technology that guarantees the water is free of any ions or contaminants that could be harmful to your body.

Also, distilled water actually tastes very good. The distillation process is getting better all the time, meaning that as it gets better and better at removing unwanted and potentially harmful contaminants, you are pretty much assured that there will be no foul taste in your water, something that often occurs when drinking water from the tap.

Distilled water does not have the chlorine present in most forms of tap water. The vast majority of municipal filtration plants mix chlorine into water in a supposed effort to purify it. While this procedure does indeed serve to purify water it is also dissolved into it, which could lead to potential health issues if consumed over an extended period of time.

And lastly, when used wisely, distilled water can be helpful in preventing any illness or disease that may be water borne. On top of that, even if you are already ill, distilled water works wonders at flushing toxins from the body, thereby speeding up the healing process.

If you are not currently incorporating distilled water into your lifestyle and water drinking regimen it is about time that you look into the benefits this wonderful product can provide.

Some of the Amazing Qualities of Distilled Water

October 9, 2014 By DistilledWaterAssociation

There are many amazing qualities when it comes to distilled water. Whether it is used for drinking purposes or for household and industrial use, it is a rather magnificent product. While it is tasteless in nature (in other words, it tastes pure!) and devoid of any contaminants and minerals it does have many useful and beneficial purposes. Before we go further into that we will explain the distillation process.

Distilled water is in essence regular or tap water that has been boiled and made into steam, a process that causes the separation of the pure water from any and all impurities it had when the process first began. These contaminants become solids that sit at the bottom of the distiller chamber. Distilled water, when used properly and not in excess can work wonders on the human body. The facts are that the type of water you take into your body does indeed affect your tissues and their performance.

This purified form of water performs like a magnet, drawing potentially harmful toxins and minerals from your body. This also greatly lessens the incidence of painful maladies like kidney and gall stones. Your joints in turn also are better, easing movement and lessening chances of developing arthritis. If you are sick or become ill then drinking distilled water will help hasten the removal of toxins from your body, thus helping you to become well quicker.

Not only is distilled water helpful when drinking, it is also very useful for the household as well. Distilled water in your steam iron will increase the longevity of your iron because it is devoid of harmful calcium and mineral deposits that can clog up your sprayer and make the iron essentially useless. It is also healthy for your fish and other sea life if you own an aquarium.

And it doesn’t stop there. Many companies, especially those that are into manufacturing or the industrial sector use nothing but distilled water for their machinery and equipment. Why, for the same reason that it is used in your household steam iron. Automobile and motorcycle battery manufacturers as well advise that you use nothing but distilled water when filling up a battery.

Yes indeed, there are many benefits associated with distilled water. Those in the know always make sure they have some distilled water on hand in their households.
